Join us every Wednesday from noon to 1:00 p.m. to learn about mindfulness and practice as a group through videos by Jon Kabat-Zinn, Eckhart Tolle, Marsha M. Linehan, Rumi, Hafiz, Wayne Dyer and more!

While we practice we will learn how to ground ourselves, to improve our attention, to improve our immune system, and improve our brain functioning. Remember we can make it happen, ourselves, right here at Cascadia, and right now. During this stressful time, you may find yourself in an aroused state, with an increased heartbeat, anxiousness, and adrenaline. Your body may be tense, which can impact your blood flow and blood pressure. You may have a hard time focusing, feel irritated, restless, and reactive.

Join the group and be proactive in reducing your stress, and have a less reactive response to our new reality. Mindfulness improves our overall health, helps us ground ourselves, and increase our ability to focus and pay attention. More mindfulness education and practice with a group of our coworkers can help us collectively improve the quality of our work and life.
