Cascadia Health’s Clinton Ridge (Alcohol and Drug Free) Apartments subsidized waitlist is currently open.

As an Alcohol and Drug Free property, drug testing and clean UA results (including alcohol panel) are required prior to move-in and randomly thereafter during tenancy.  UA results are required within 10 days of being called for a unit.  Furthermore, applicants must verify that they have had a minimum 30 days of recent, active engagement in a program of recovery / treatment when a unit is offered.

To qualify for an affordable apartment at Clinton Ridge, the applicant must have an income of under $33,040.  Read on for the address of the property and other relevant information.

Please find the Application Packet which contains: The pre-application for housing waitlist, an ADF self-cert and an ADF verification form. To be accepted onto the waitlist, the pre-app, and ADF self cert and ADF verification form, must be completed in full.

This waitlist will remain open until Cascadia Health has received 40 application packets. Applications are to be scanned and emailed back to: waitlist@cascadiahealth.org where they will be immediately time/date stamped.

Clinton Ridge is a 28-unit Alcohol and Drug-Free apartment building located in the Powellhurst-Gilbert neighborhood of Portland.

As an Alcohol and Drug-Free property, drug testing and clean urinalysis results (including alcohol panel) are required prior to move-in and randomly thereafter during tenancy. Urinalysis results are required within 10 days of being called for a unit.  Furthermore, applicants must verify that they have had a minimum of 30 days of recent, active engagement in a program of recovery/treatment when a unit is offered.
