Cascadia is able to offer this app FREE, so current clients can get access to Connections through a simple sign-up process.
What Cascadia clients are saying about Connections:
“The app itself helps me stay motivated in my recovery daily and it’s just a great tool to use when you need some recovery in your routine.”
“The meetings are helpful when I can’t make it to my own group or other meetings.”
“They responded to me when I felt alone and vulnerable.”
“Sharing the stories that had relatable issues and feeling heard.”
“It is somewhere I can vent if I’m having cravings I read and listen to the videos.”
“There’s always someone there cheering you on regardless of if you relapse, you’re not judged, and you still get help and encouragement.”
“The peer mentors are phenomenal.”
“It has really helped me achieve my goals and kept me on point with myself so I can keep a positive attitude. Also taught me a lot about triggers and how to avoid them.”
