Cascadia Health’s Emerson Corner (Alcohol and Drug Free) Apartments subsidized waitlist will open on Monday, March 30, 2026 at 10 a.m. This waitlist will remain open until further notice. Visit this page for updates.
As an Alcohol and Drug-Free property, drug testing and clean urinalysis results (including alcohol panel) are required prior to move-in and randomly thereafter during tenancy. Urinalysis results are required within 10 days of being called for a unit. Furthermore, applicants must verify that they have had a minimum of 30 days of recent, active engagement in a program of recovery/treatment when a unit is offered.
We are currently seeking new applicants who meet the 30% Median Family Income (MFI) limit and are looking for a one-bedroom apartment. Income limits are posted in the table below.
Please find the Application Packet which contains: The pre-application for housing waitlist, an ADF self-cert and an ADF verification form. To be accepted onto the waitlist, the pre-app, and ADF self cert and ADF verification form, must be completed in full.
