The Centennial Place Apartments, located at 3750 SE 164th Avenue, is a 71-unit affordable apartment building developed by Cascadia Behavioral Healthcare. The units include 15 studios, 32 one-bedrooms, and 24 two-bedrooms.

The apartments are conveniently located in the Centennial School District and will feature two community rooms that will be made available to residents for homework, small meetings and events, and a large community space with a full kitchen that opens to a courtyard for larger gatherings.

For households that have already applied for the waitlist, your placement on the waitlist will not change and regardless of your income, you will be contacted in the order your initial application was received. There is no need to re-apply.

The waitlist will reopen on Thursday, July 14, 2022, at 10 a.m. You can pre-register your application account starting at 9 a.m. The waitlist will be closed after the first 150 applications have been received. We encourage you to read through the terms and conditions to save time during the registration process.

We are using our housing application system, RENTCafe, which is an online application process. This allows us to ensure the application process is fair and equitable, that the applications we receive are accurate and complete, and that the process is in compliance with all government entities.

This system requires that you create a login (username and password) and that you accept terms and conditions for RENTCafe during the process.

Please note:

  • Applicants will need to have a unique email address in order to register and apply.  Using one email address for several applicants (ex: if case management were assisting multiple clients) will not work!
  • We will need to contact applicants, so a phone number and mailing address are also required.
  • For all household members 18 and older, we require full name, date of birth, annual gross income, and student status.
  • If you are working with a case manager or advocate, please provide their contact information.
