Celebrating Mental Health Day

Let’s celebrate World Mental Health Day, Oct. 10, 2025!

The idea of World Mental Health Day is raising awareness about mental health issues, globally, in order to mobilize efforts in support of mental health. The Day provides an opportunity for all stakeholders working on mental health issues to talk about their work, and what more needs to be done to make mental health care a reality for people worldwide.

You can also share resources and learn more about mental health, and recovery at FindSupport.gov. If you or anyone you know is struggling or in crisis, help is available.

You can also call the 988 Lifeline for help, 24/7.

Events:

The second event in Cascadia’s mini-event series is this Friday, October 10. At Breaking the Stigma of Mental Health, we’ll raise awareness of serious mental illness and share how Cascadia is mobilizing efforts to increase access to integrated mental healthcare.
