Psychiatric care, case management, counseling, and support from providers who’ve been there.
Outpatient support for substance use and gambling – including counseling, medications for addiction treatment, evidence-based interventions, and support from specialists who’ve been there.
Preventive care, support for chronic conditions, and everyday health services.
Street and housing outreach, food boxes, hygiene supplies, movement, mindfulness, creative activities, and opportunities to connect with others.
Cascadia has Peer Wellness Specialists and Providers who have lived with mental health, addiction, and more. With first-hand knowledge of what it’s like to seek care and recovery, they can walk with you every step of the way.
Different from clinical support, peers work with you to change unhelpful patterns, talk about goals, work on the plans you have for your life, and much more!
Referrals
Referrals are welcome from individuals, families, medical providers, Multnomah County Court including (DUII, FIT), DHS (children and families), Department of Criminal Justice (probation, post-prison supervision), Community Court, Mental Health Court, and others. Our programs are open to everyone.
