Season’s message from Cascadia Health
Reflecting on 2023 and sharing impressions moving into a bright new year
To our whole community,
Happy holidays and season’s greetings! As 2023 draws to a close, we take a collective moment to reflect.
Through all the year’s milestones and challenges, we stayed focused on what’s important: our staff, our community, and above all, the people we serve. Cascadia supported over 15,000 individuals and families experiencing homelessness, addiction, and mental health challenges, helping folks navigate some of the hardest days of their lives. We shared the joy as clients made strides in their health and wellness, and we supported them in their moments of struggle.
This winter, we write from a place of gratitude and hope – proud of our accomplishments, confident in our mission, and inspired by those who dedicate their lives to serving others. Complex issues remain throughout our community and within healthcare, but solutions are possible. As a new year approaches, we will continue to lead with care, working together to achieve #WholeHealth.
None of this work would have been possible without our remarkable communities and the key partners therein. You have been instrumental. Creating a whole community takes all of us, and we couldn’t do it without you.
Best wishes to you from all of us at Cascadia Health!
Warmly,
