This waitlist opening is for units that are not subsidized. To qualify, applicants must have income or tenant-based voucher/rental assistance.

How to Apply
There are two ways to apply for this waitlist, online via Rentcafe or sending a waitlist application via email.
To apply via Rentcafe:
We recommend reading these instructions to familiarize yourself with the system before the waitlist opens. This system requires that you create an account and that you accept the terms and conditions for RentCafe.
With Rentcafe, you may pre-register before the waitlist opens. Pre-registering is the process of either making an account with RentCafe, or linking an existing RentCafe account with the specific waitlist you are applying for. Please note that even if you pre-register your application in advance, you will still need to start your application after the waitlist opens.
Applicants will need a unique email address in order to register and apply. It will not work if you use a single email address for several applicants (i.e., case manager using one email address for multiple clients).

For all household members 18 and older, we require their full name and date of birth.
If you are working with a case manager or advocate, please provide their contact information.

Midland Commons is a 45-unit apartment building owned and operated by Cascadia Health for individuals and families with mental illness and/or disabilities. 24 units are affordable, non-subsidized units and the rest are subsidized.
The property features studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom apartments spanning two buildings featuring community spaces, onsite laundry, and a part-time apartment manager.
