Cascadia releases ’22-’23 Annual Report

Dear Community,
As we settle into the new year, we remain ever vigilant of where we’ve been and where we’re heading. In that light, we are excited to share with you our 2022-2023 Annual Report, a testament to our hard work, resilience, collaboration, and focus on client and community wellness. We faced challenges, made progress, celebrated success, and grieved losses. But we are present. We are ready to move forward, learn, and evolve together.
We hope you will take away from this report a better understanding of just how much we can accomplish together, and just how many lives we can positively impact.
Over 15,000 individuals felt the direct impact of our work, creating a ripple effect across our communities. Over 900 dedicated staff across 65 locations worked tirelessly to ensure our clients lead healthier, more fulfilled lives.
We welcomed 120 individuals and families to the newly built Centennial Place Apartments and continued to ensure over 800 individuals maintained vital housing services. We celebrated 30 years of crisis intervention through Project Respond and reflected on 5 years at our Garlington Campus.
Through it all, we remain dedicated to our mission to deliver whole health care—integrated mental health and addiction services, primary care, and housing—to promote and support the wellbeing of the communities we serve.
And we’re just getting started. We see the need in our community, and we are doing the work. We are emerging from this past year stronger, and we are ready to dig deeper in the months ahead.
Thank you to all our staff, Board of Directors, community partners, and generous donors for the hard work, wisdom, and support you show us each year!
