Cascadia Health’s Clinton Ridge (Alcohol and Drug Free) Apartments subsidized waitlist will open on Thursday, Sept. 24, 2026 at 10 a.m. PT.  The waitlist will remain open until we receive 25 applications.

To qualify, applicants must be at or below 40% AMI (Annual Media Income) which is $36,160 for 1-person or $41,320 for 2-people. Zero income applicants are encouraged to apply.

ALCOHOL AND DRUG FREE (ADF):

As an alcohol and drug free property, tenants are required to be engaged in a certified program of recovery or sobriety, which will be verified prior to move-in. Drug testing and clean urinalysis results are required prior to move-in and randomly thereafter during tenancy.

There are 2 ways to apply for the waitlist. Applications will not be accepted until the date and time the waitlist opens.

Clinton Ridge Apartments, 2730 SE 92nd Ave., Portland OR 97266

Clinton Ridge is a 28-unit property owned and operated by Cascadia Health for households with mental illness and/or disabilities working to overcome addiction. All tenants engage in a program of recovery or sobriety and are required to participate in regular, random urinalyses. The property features studio and 1-bedroom units, onsite laundry, nearby transportation (MAX Green Line and I205), a parking garage, and a part-time onsite manager. This building has an elevator.
