Join Cascadia for Mental Health First Aid to learn how to identify, understand, and respond to signs of mental illnesses and substance use disorders. The training will give you the skills you need to reach out and provide initial help and support to someone who may be developing a mental health or substance use problem or experiencing a crisis.
The training will occur in two parts:
- Self-paced pre-work that is completed on a learning management system. This content takes about 2 hours to complete
- Live training via Zoom on May 3 from 9:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
Further instructions and a link to access the pre-work will be sent via email about a week prior to the course. Zoom link will be provided following completion of the pre-work.
This training costs $30 per person to attend, which just covers the cost of required materials through the National Council.
If cost is a barrier, to receive $15 off, please click “Tickets” then “Enter Promo Code” in the top left, enter “15OFF”, and click “Apply”.
