The Show Up for Racial Equity (SURE) resource group, as a part of the Joint Caucus, seeks to be a welcoming space for all white-identified individuals to learn, process and take informed action towards racial equity while working alongside other resource groups. We do this in order to create a more inclusive workplace, strive to become an anti-racist and anti-oppressive organization, and better serve our community as a whole. Members continue working on their own learning pathways including but not limited to white privileges, unearned racial advantage, systematic and structural racism and ways to dismantle the racism and racial inequity in the workplace and greater community
