Learn Mental Health First Aid With April 6 Training

Join Cascadia for Mental Health First Aid trainings that will teach you how to identify, understand, and respond to signs of mental illnesses and substance use disorders. The training will give you the skills you need to reach out and provide initial help and support to someone who may be developing a mental health or substance use problem or experiencing a crisis.

Our next training is Wednesday, April 6 from 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.! More dates to come.

The training will occur in two parts:

  1. Self-paced pre-work that is completed on an online learning management system. This content takes about 2 hours to complete.
  2. Live training via Zoom on April 6 from 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

The training costs $30 per person, which covers the cost of required materials through the National Council.
