Dr. Dube Honored by the American College of Physicians as an Invited Fellow

Cascadia Health is thrilled to announce that Chief Medical and Health Integration officer Bukhosi Dube has been invited to receive the credential of Fellowship in the American College of Physicians (FACP), a unique honor given to physicians based on demonstrated integrity, accomplishment, and scholarship.

Dr. Jenny R. Silberger, Governor of Oregon’s chapter of the American College of Physicians, recommended Dr. Dube for Fellowship because of his public health work during the pandemic, his thought leadership as an influencer in Oregon’s response to COVID, his dedication to bringing care to BIPOC communities, and his ongoing advocacy.

“I’m so glad his work has been recognized by the College and he is joining the ranks of Fellows this year. I know we can expect him to continue to make interesting and important contributions in the years to come,” Dr. Silberger said.

The FACP title is a distinguished one, particularly for Fellows who were invited to the Fellowship, as in Dr. Dube’s case. As a Fellow, his work at Cascadia Health and in the community will inspire medical students, residents, and fellows-in-training, by demonstrating the meaningful work that can be accomplished as a physician.

Cascadia is thankful to Dr. Dube for uplifting our community with his dedicated work.
