Cascadia’s services span from prevention to healthy lifestyle education to intensive treatment when needed. Our range of services encompass a more systemic approach to health management for adults, children, seniors and families. Clients can get primary care and behavioral health care needs through one team, at one location.
Our Urgent Walk-in Clinic, Project Respond and Respite programs support community members facing crisis, and provide support and safety.
Evidence-based, trauma-informed treatment for people of all ages, specialty mental health services for those in the corrections system, and programs for those with chronic and severe mental health challenges.
Counseling, groups, and medication management for individuals impacted by addiction. We offer treatment, recovery and prevention support for alcohol addiction, drug addictions, and gambling.
Creating a stronger community through supported employment, education, housing outreach, street outreach, community reintegration, and community wellness program.
We offer primary care at three of our health centers. This gives us the opportunity to look at our clients’ whole health care needs.
Peer Wellness Services are composed of individuals who have lived experiences with mental health and/or substance abuse challenges.

Cascadia is a leader in developing and managing safe and affordable housing for Oregon residents with mental illness and addictions. We also offer housing to people who have been or who are homeless, those who qualify for HUD and other low-income housing.
