Peer providers offer vital support at Transcending Hope recovery housing

With funding support from Oregon Senate Bill 1530, Cascadia Health is excited to collaborate with Transcending Hope. Together, we are supporting women who are involved in the justice system, particularly those engaged in the Aid & Assist Community Restoration Program.

The peer support providers in Cascadia’s Community Navigator pilot program offer peer services and connection to other support networks in the community to supplement Transcending Hope’s case management and recovery housing support.

Transcending Hope’s mission is to provide safe and nurturing housing for women living with mental health challenges, fostering a path toward healing and empowerment. This innovative housing program is designed to offer a comprehensive support system that includes safe and comfortable living arrangements alongside personalized peer case management that guides residents through their experience.

Transcending Hope is a local nonprofit organization built by people who are either in recovery or have been touched by addiction and recovery. They offer safe, stable recovery housing in Washington, Multnomah, and Clackamas counties.
