The waitlist is opening for West Gresham Apartments on Friday, May 8, 2026 at 2 p.m. These units are subsidized and for disabled individuals and families who need independent housing. The waitlist will close after we receive 75 applications.
We are accepting applicants for both 1-bedroom and 2-bedroom units. In order to qualify, applicants must have a disability and be at or below the income limits below.
Please find the Waitlist Application. This form must be completed in full.
Applications are to be scanned and emailed back to: waitlist@cascadiahealth.org where they will be immediately time/date stamped.
