Cascadia welcomes Oyinda Osibanjo as Senior Director of Integrated Health Services
Cascadia Health is thrilled to welcome Oyinda Osibanjo as our new Senior Director of Integrated Health Services. The role is an essential one at Cascadia, fostering an environment of collaboration and efficiency between primary care—including its pharmacy, dietician, and nursing services—and behavioral health.
Osibanjo comes to Cascadia with a rich background in clinical pharmacies and public health. Most recently, she served as Senior Pharmacist Clinical Liaison at CareOregon. She holds a doctoral degree in public health from Oregon State University and a master’s degree from the University of Leeds, United Kingdom. Her journey into healthcare was driven by a deep-seated desire to enhance health equity, inspired by her upbringing in Nigeria, where she facilitated preventive health measures and education to improve maternal health.
Witnessing the power of collaboration, education, and prevention in healthcare spurred Osibanjo’s passion for improving health outcomes, particularly for underserved communities.
Throughout her career, Osibanjo has been a catalyst for change, spearheading innovative programs and initiatives aimed at enhancing care delivery and health metrics for diverse populations. At CareOregon, she emphasized social determinants of health in her leadership across clinics, creating room for more holistic care models. Her underlying philosophy of integrating behavioral health and primary care is a perfect match for Cascadia’s mission to pioneer comprehensive care solutions for our community.
Osibanjo’s leadership at Cascadia is a key component of a future where every patient receives comprehensive, compassionate care that addresses not only their medical needs but also their broader social and emotional well-being.
“I know it won’t happen overnight,” she said, “but integrating our care will stretch us, challenge us to think outside the box, and make us a better Cascadia.”
