Ideal Candidates

Ideal candidates are self-motivated, show great interest and dedication to those we serve, and exhibit interest or potential in leading for the future. Many ideal candidates are experiencing their first professional role in a mental health-focused environment with six months of experience or more. Candidates may also be excelling in alternative roles within the organization that are not clinical in nature.
