Immigration resources and information

Cascadia Health believes that everyone, regardless of their immigration status, has the right to access healthcare, shelter, and other social services. This page includes helpful sites and updates about immigration rules and laws.
Oregon is a Sanctuary State
Under Oregon Law (ORS 181A.820), the state and local government, which includes law enforcement, are prohibited from using public resources to detect or apprehend individuals whose only infraction is violating U.S. immigration law, unless there is an order signed by a judge authorizing the act. Cascadia is committed to ensuring this law is upheld.
