Meet Robert Trachtenberg, Cascadia’s Senior Director of Health Center Operations

Cascadia Health is excited to introduce Robert Trachtenberg, our Senior Director of Health Center Operations. Robert joined us in mid-January of this year.

Trachtenberg brings a wealth of experience and a deep passion for healthcare that aligns with Cascadia’s mission and vision in service of the community. With a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a Master’s in Administration and Management from St. Michael’s College, his academic background is complemented by his extensive training in public health from Boston University.

Before joining Cascadia, Trachtenberg worked at the Oregon Primary Care Association, where he focused on Value-Based Pay Strategies. Prior to that, he served in leadership roles at the OHSU Family Medicine Richmond Health Center, highlighting his commitment to community-based healthcare organizations.

As Senior Director of Health Center Operations, Robert will be overseeing a range of critical functions at Cascadia, including managing and evaluating the activities of Psychiatric and Primary Care teams at its health centers. In addition, Trachtenberg will play a key role in ensuring alignment and integration among Cascadia’s lines of service, while also overseeing administrative operations across health centers.

“My job is to make sure all the pieces of our integration talk to each other,” Trachtenberg said.

Outside of work, Trachtenberg enjoys exploring the Pacific Northwest with his family and indulging his passion for outdoor activities.
