Celebrating Recovery Month 2024

National Recovery Month recognizes the courage and strength of community members who triumphed over addiction and mental health challenges.

Cascadia Health recognizes that recovery is achievable. To that end, we have prioritized recovery through integrated approaches to care. Cascadia offers alcohol and drug outpatient services for adults and youth, including individual therapy with professional counselors helping to cope with past trauma, education on the effects of substances, relapse prevention, and building effective relationships. We also offer DUII education, diversion, and conviction services to aid in completing requirements.

You can also share resources and learn more about SUD, mental health, and recovery at FindSupport.gov. If you or anyone you know is struggling or in crisis, help is available.
