Wellness Program
Cascadia provides the community with whole health care, and we have a vision of supporting our community in a way that allows everyone to benefit from whole health care, to experience well-being, and to have a self-directed, connected life.
All four of our health centers have Wellness Resource Rooms with walk-in hours that are open to everyone. Connect with a peer wellness specialist, obtain some essential supplies, find information about other community resources, or take part in a free group activity or event.
Monthly Community Social for ALL!
Join us on the last Tuesday of every month for a community event with food, activities, and music. This social is open to everyone in the greater Portland community, so please stop by and spend some time with us!
