Cascadia Behavioral Healthcare is an organization helping women face mental health challenges through community-based programs, including peer-to-peer services. Beth Epps, Chief Clinical Officer and Deniz Conger, Senior Director of Philanthropy joined us to share a little about women’s mental health issue and their upcoming event, HEART, that combines health, wellness and art.
