Anna Putnam is on her way back from bipolar disorder. Putnam was accepted into a group home in Oregon City operated by Cascadia Behavioral Healthcare, where the staff worked with her to find the proper formula of medication that helped control her dopamine levels, but still let her feel her emotions.
