Meet Michelle and Estrella, who work at Cascadia’s Tigard Respite. Both Michelle and Estrella share why they love their jobs providing crisis respite care to clients.

“I really love Tigard Respite because it’s very supportive, very strengths-based, very positive, and we’re really able to make a difference in our clients’ lives,” Michelle says. “It’s really helping clients to stabilize after they’ve had a mental health crisis.”
