Learn how to effectively assess and take action during a mental health situation with Mental Health First Aid Training.

Join Cascadia for Mental Health First Aid to learn how to identify, understand, and respond to signs of mental illnesses and substance use disorders. The training will give you the skills you need to reach out and provide initial help and support to someone who may be developing a mental health or substance use problem or experiencing a crisis.

The training will occur in two parts:

  1. Self-paced pre-work that is completed on a learning management system. This content takes about 2 hours to complete
  2. Live training via Zoom on May 21 from 9:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.

Further instructions and a link to access the pre-work will be sent via email about a week prior to the course. Zoom link will be provided following completion of the pre-work.
