Living with Persistent Pain Group Starting August 31
What is Living With Persistent Pain?
Living With Persistent Pain (LWPP) is a treatment and support group focused on supporting Cascadia clients learning to manage and live with their persistent (chronic) pain. The group follows an evidence-based curriculum and uses an Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) framework to help participants limit the control that pain exerts over their lives.
