At Cascadia Health, we know healing happens through connection – connection to people, place, and possibility. For 45 years, we’ve stood beside individuals and families, offering care grounded in compassion, dignity, and trust.
We serve people from all walks of life who need affordable, accessible care and support for mental health, addiction treatment, housing supports, and more. Our teams take time to listen and understand. Whether you’re here for one service or many, we work with you to build a care plan that fits your life.
Psychiatric care, case management, and counseling for individuals, families, and groups. Outpatient and residential options.
Evidence-based recovery management, counseling for substance use and gambling, medications for addiction treatment, and more. Available through outpatient care.
Preventive care, support for chronic conditions, and everyday health services.
Affordable housing, rent assistance, permanent supportive housing for people who need higher levels of care, and help finding emergency shelter.
Street and housing outreach, food boxes, hygiene supplies, movement, mindfulness, creative activities, and opportunities to connect with others.
Our trained providers include individuals who have lived with mental health, addiction, and more. Different from clinical support, these specialists work with you to change unhelpful patterns, talk about goals, work on the plans you have for your life, and much more!

Cascadia is a leader in developing and managing safe and affordable housing for Oregon residents with mental illness and addictions. We also offer housing to people who have been or who are homeless, those who qualify for HUD and other low-income housing.
